Return & Refund Policy

At Ines Modesty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ines Modesty is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not designate any items as “final sale.”
All products are eligible for return unless otherwise specified on the product page in the future.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter quickly.
